Adding newborn to employer insurance options

I need help deciding which options are the best for myself and a newborn, don’t know what to expect as far as medical costs. Baby is due in April, currently on HSA plan.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

$2000 deductible

20% coinsurance

$10,000 out-of-pocket max

$248.37 (24 pay periods) premium

High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HSA)

$3500 deductible

20% coinsurance

$7,000 out-of-pocket max

$195.38 (24 pay periods) premium

$2000 employer contribution annually

Health Maintenance Organization with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

$3000 deductible

20% coinsurance

$10,000 out-of-pocket max

$132.89 (24 pay periods) premium

$1200 employer contribution annually

Thanks.
