Advise on how to transfer from Medicaid to another health insurance

Family of three lives in Florida.. I’m in my 20s and our little one is 1 years old & he has 100% Medicaid. I’m still new to health + dental insurance and I really don’t know how that all works.. Do you have to be eligible for Medicaid insurance based on the income right? If so, how much?

And if my family is not eligible anymore due to recent changes.. how do we go about getting another healthcare insurance?

Can I transfer my family to a different healthcare insurance?

Would that affect and change my baby’s pediatrician (depending on what the clinic accepts)? (I love his pediatrician and wouldn’t want to change it if possible)

What’s the best financially and overall one for a family?

Thank you for the future advises in advanced!🥲
