Wondering what affordable health insurance is out there for low-income immigrants living in the US (no green card or citizenship) whether it is big programs like Obamacare or hospital-specific programs you know of. I believe Obamacare enrollment period is also over. The couple I am trying to help lives in Texas by the way and are self-employed. Thanks!
