My sibling moved to the US (California) in 2012 and applied for asylum in 2013 and has been waiting on an interview since then. So he is not a resident yet. What are his options for health insurance? He has some health concerns that are physical and mental and needs insurance ASAP. He doesn’t have an active/valid ID or work permit.
What are his options?
