So I have been on Birth Control and United Healthcare is charging me 400$ to pick it up. I keep getting the run around on the phone. UHC said my Dr needs to file an appeal to say its being used for preventative services. I have never heard of such a thing, neither have my drs. I need the BC but I cant afford it.
