Can someone please tell me what to do

Round table physicians is going to bill me for the portion that the health insurance doesn’t cover for a medical visit. However, my address is different than the address on the insurance. Right now, the bill is set up to be sent to my parents house (address on the insurance) but this is something I need to change and have it sent to my house as it’s my responsibility to pay this bill and I don’t want my parents to flip out over it or see it– it’s a heck of a lot of money, but I’ll be able to pay it.

I have a strange fear though that if I call the billing center to change my address (round table physicians), then somehow my parents will find out via an email or letter.(saying the billing address was changed/that the bill was paid) and they’ll know something is up, because they already got an EOB from our health insurance from this same medical visit…. what I’ve noticed is that my parents don’t tend to worry about EOB’s from the insurance but when they get the actual bill from the facility is when they flip out (past experiences). My reasoning is that I’m tied into their health insurance so anything billing wise they would eventually find out about.

Someone please help, I clearly don’t understand the medical system.

Edit : every once in a while my parents have gotten an EOB, but never a bill (I guess insurance took care of it ?) Which is why they wouldn’t be suspicious if they didn’t receive a bill
