Hello I received a letter from caremark that starting Jan 1st, 2020 my health insurance crapcross/caremark stated for me to switch medications to save um money and it won’t cover my viibryd for anxiety anymore. I just did this last year with ambetter and took me awhile to go through the appeal process that gave me a list of cheap generics that I’ve already tried and don’t work. Care mark provided me with basically the same list of meds to try in order to be “cost effective”🤗 for um. Viibryd is the only med that works good. What do I do? Says I can file an appeal and request for prior authorization?
