COVID Visit and Test Billed On Separate dates Now being Charged 100% , Anything I can do?

I live in WI

Long story short I had a tele-visit for COVID symptoms on 11/9

The earliest I could get in for a test was 11/10 (they only do drive up testing now)

I am now being charged 100% due to the test and visit being on different days according to my insurance.

When I called ahead of time before the visit to confirm it would be covered this was not explained to me. Otherwise I would have went to a free testing site.

Is there anything I can do to get this changed?
