Hello all, my mom had to get an extraction done the doctor also suggested a bone graft to preserve the area. The bone graft cost about $400 after insurance. So we went with the plan and did the procedure but a month later we get a bill of additional $400 from the doctor saying that the procedure was not covered by insurance and that they only had verbal confirmation about the insurance.
