Does anyone on here have Florida blue and call the local service center with member questions?

Lately, any time I call one specific center with a question, they switch me over to a recorded line but other centers don’t, has anyone else experienced being put on a recorded line when they call a specific service center? It’s really weird and I’m wondering if they’re doing this to anyone else.
