(First, thank you to the saints that help all of us lay folk understand this confusing shit, you are truly amazing…)
I’ve been living abroad in New Zealand for 13 months. I will likely come home to the United States in about 6 months. I’d rather not cover myself with expensive US insurance while I’m here, but I want to make sure that when I get home mid-2021 that I’ll be eligible to enroll for insurance (Marketplace) then, even though open enrollment is over.
