EPO or PPO for young male?

Hi guys, reposting from /r/personalfinance but thought I’d ask here as well

So my company covers most health insurance, I’m trying to choose between the plans I have where I don’t have to pay.

I’m between our PPO and EPO plan. Long story short, PPO has out-of-network coverage but also has a $750 in-network deductible with a $20 copay.

EPO covers everything in-network 100%, no deductible with a $30 copay.

I’m a 27 year old male who’s fairly healthy. Is it worth having out of network coverage? I have another plan I can choose that costs $60 per pay cycle, but is basically the PPO but with a $0 in network deductible.

The only reason I could see myself wanting out-of-network coverage is for emergencies… but seeing as I’m going to be staying home for a majority of 2021 still, don’t think that’s a huge issue?

What do you guys recommend?
