I enroll through marketplace every year, the only change on my application was that my income went down (my job reduced our hours across the board). I got my results and I qualify for ZERO discount? My former plan was $220, but now it says almost $600 and I am showing no credits or discounts at all.
I am super confused. Any help? I went to “update” and made sure everything was entered correctly. It is.
