When purchasing a health plan or deciding on an employer health plan, please remember the more control you have in you and your families health, the healthier you will be. Be Leary of “ managed care” under the auspices of so-called “wellness.” What do we have to show for 60 years of this type of healthcare: abject misery from a diabetes Epidemic, massive opioid addictions and rampant mental illness, to name a very few. Not very good stewardship from the self-serving , secretive conglomeration that is insurance-pharma-physician-hospital controlled. The most striking conflict of interest ever is this relationship to the consumer(insured)and needs to be unwound. It’s not that we’re living longer, but rather dying slower.
