I have been offered a new job with a different option of insurance. Currently I have Blue Cross blue Shield of NC and the new company offers United Healthcare Choice Plus.
One is a consumer driven plan and one is a low deductible plan.
The cost will be almost double for the low deductible plan for us and the levels are the same.
My biggest question is this: how is United healthcare overall? I feel like the type of offers an employee is indicative of how they treat their employees.
Can anyone give me some info?
