Hospital is billing as self-pay instead of through insurance?

I went to the NYU Langone ER, and was admitted under a name that my insurance didn’t recognize (because I have two last names and the second one was used instead of the first). Both my ID and Insurance card match, and I provided the insurance cards on admittance. I was admitted 6 months prior and claims were paid successfully by insurance.

When I look at MyChart, the portal for billing and other stuff, it looks like a self pay discount (“HB CR SP DISCOUNT”) has been applied to my Hospital account only four days after admission, and when I check my insurance claims list, no attempt to bill insurance has been made. However, the Physicians were able to get their claims processed.

I haven’t received an actual bill from the hospital like I did from the Physicians, and there’s no “Statement” yet on MyChart, but I wonder if there’s something I should do because doing nothing usually results in the worse outcome. It’s already been 3 months from the date of service. Can the self-pay discount be unapplied and the claim submitted to insurance? What should I do?
