How do I stay on parents insurance until age 30, in Florida?

Hey guys. So, I live in Florida. I currently don’t have a job as I’m going through some mental health stuff. One being agoraphobia. Which makes consistent medical treatment hard. Which makes getting Medicaid hard. I wanna stay on my parents health insurance while I navigate getting my mental health in check, but turn 26 in June which is quickly approaching. Is there anything I have to do, or do they just fill out paperwork as normal? How do I prevent the coverage from ending at 26 since Florida allows for coverage to be extended until 30? We have Florida Blue. Also, if my dad gets a new job after I turn 26 will I still be able to be on his health insurance? The usage of the word “remain” scares me a bit and makes me think it has to be a preexisting plan before the age of 26, and you can continue it to 30.

Any help here would be great. Yes, we are going to be calling HR and Florida blue. But in the meantime can I get some info on this? Thanks.
