How does medicare effects spouse and dependent’s insurance marketplacec overage?

My uncle is turning 65 in a month and he will be eligible to get Medicare. He is self-employed and files taxes jointly with his wife and his son has a part-time job but he is his dependent cuz the son is a student and doesn’t make that much money. They have been getting insurance through the insurance marketplace in the past few years with a low premium. I understand that once someone is on medicare they are not eligible to use the premium tax credit anymore but what options do his wife and son have? Can they get a premium tax credit based on his self-employment income and enroll in a low premium marketplace plan?
