I signed up for health insurance for the first time in life but it’s going to cost 1/4 of my weekly check. Is this normal?

I work full time and make $400 a week after taxes. I never had health insurance before so was excited and signed up for a plan, the cheapest one offered by my employer. I didn’t realize it was going to be almost 10% of my check PLUS another 50, and this is weekly. This comes out to about $93 a week I believe.

I immediately regret this. I barely made enough as is, and now I’m furious at myself for signing up and not waiving coverage. I have been wanting healthcare all my life because of mental issues and being severely overweight and worried about blood pressure and whatnot. I’m 32 and live at home. But anyways, is this reasonable? I will be left with $300 a week working over 40 hours just to have health insurance.
