I’m confused to why my health insurance hasn’t charged me for an ambulance ride?

My health plan is $750 deductible, then 20% coinsurance.

On Christmas week I went into urgent care with an issue who then needed to get me an ambulance to ER.

The ugrent care and ambulance has been processed and I have my EoB for these with the ER visit still being reviewed.

The Ambulance was sent to the insurer at $1.6k. This was in network so was reduced to around $300. I was expecting to pay this as I have paid 0 of my deductible at that point. Even then I would expect to pay 20% of the costs.

I’ve only been in the US for a few years and this is my first time with anything serious. Everything in my paperwork seems to suggest I needed to pay this.

Any ideas why this might be?
