I had few doubts regrading insurance bill and payments.
When your insurance plan says your company pays 90%, who pays that? Department or a separate cost center?
Also, suppose you get a treatment and it costs 1k. Out of this, .8k is discounted saying “Adjustments”. What does this mean and how does it work?
I’m new to this industry, so kinda interested in knowing how it works 🙂
