If I use my insurance at a doctor’s office and then a week later I quit my job through which I receive that health insurance, will that health insurance still be used for the visit or would I suddenly become responsible for the bill? It seems like as long as you were covered on the day of the visit, then it should be fine, right? Also, do you lose health insurance right when you quit or does it always go through the end of the month?
