Is anesthesia covered during a colonoscopy?

I will call and clarify with Blue Cross once I get a bill but I wanted to ask to see if anesthesia is covered during a colonoscopy? I had one done last month, and it was coded as diagnostic because I am under 50. BCBS covered the hospital and GI doctor bill, but I noticed two separate claims for anesthesia. One an MD and the other a CRNA. Not sure why there are two claims and since I haven’t met my deductible I will have to pay $315.00 for the anesthesia services. I just assumed those would be covered since the rest of the procedure was. Just curious if it normally isn’t covered until you meet your deductible for the year?
