Marketplace Plans are very expensive, are these normal monthly premiums?

I’m a single lady in Texas, without a job right night due to the pandemic. I’ve never been without insurance from a job before, so I’ve been looking into marketplace plans for my state. They are all very expensive per month, which has me worried about whether or not I can afford it! The cheapest one is $664/month. The next few are over $700, and they quickly go to $1K/month. These are with $6K-8K deductibles.

Is this a normal rate for a person without a job? Are the plans offered through Healthcare.gov my only option? They are mostly by “Friday Health Plans” and “Oscar Insurance Company,” which I have never heard of, plus Ambetter. The cheapest BCBS plan listed is their Advantage Security HMO for $1041.

Does anyone have any advice, or is this just the usual rates? Is there somewhere to go, outside of this, to find better rates?
