Marketplace status stuck on Initial Enrollment, have not been contacted by BCBS to make first payment and cannot pay online or via phone.

I was approved for a plan with BCBS of NC via the marketplace. It’s been over 48hrs and I still do not have access to make a payment: I’ve tried online, the over the phone automated system, and with the sales team for BCBS. They said they’re still waiting for marketplace to send the application over.

When I log into Marketplace and go to my plans and programs, the status says Initial Enrollment and shows the plan I selected. The start date and coverage date says 3/1/2021. Will my coverage still start even though I have not had access to the payment system with BCBS? Or will my coverage not start until April due to not making a payment yet?

Even BCBS could not provide me with an answer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
