Maxing out Lifetime Health Insurance Limit

I was reading up about insurance and the book would not cover this question that came to me. There are there the two types: dollar maximum per claim and dollar maximum per lifetime. I was wondering, hypothetically, what can you expect if you’ve maxed out your dollar maximum per lifetime limit by the time you’re 30-35 years old. Will you need to choose a secondary plan for the remaining years until you retire/pass on, while paying for the other plan, that you’ve maxed?
