Moving out of state question

So, I am switching jobs and moving to a different state. I had coverage with my employer, but now I don’t. I am allowed to get coverage on the Marketplace, but if I do then the place I’m moving in a month doesn’t accept the new coverage. When I get there I will need to get an IUD done which is covered no matter who it’s with and I can’t wait on it, however must be In-Network. My question is, do I get coverage for the state I am in right now, then on the day I move tell them and use the SEP to get new coverage? If I do that, is the new coverage effective immediately or the following month? I have to be able to go to a doctor In-Network in the new area to be covered.
