On Medicaid in Arizona, moving to Florida and don’t qualify for Medicaid. Don’t make enough for ACA subsidies. Options?

EDIT: as requested, here is my info.

Age: 36 ZIP: 33913 (moving from 85085) Income: ~$9000/year

I’m moving to Florida next week to be closer to family. I’m currently on Medicaid in Arizona, and that will be nullified after I move. I’m a single male with no kids, and Florida didn’t expand Medicaid so even though I’m very broke, I can’t get help. Adding to the frustration, I didn’t make enough to qualify for ACA subsidies, so I’d have to pay upwards of $500 a month to get ACA coverage. I’m a type 2 diabetic and require medication for treatment, so skipping the doctor isn’t an option. Does anyone have any ideas, or am I just screwed?
