I recently started going to physical therapy and the receptionist told me that I did not meet my deductible yet for this year. She said that I had to pay $85 for each visit. I just now looked on my account and turns out I actually did. It even shows “patient responsibility: $20” on each physical therapy claim listed on my account. I have already paid out of pocket $340 for the 4 times I’ve gone. What the heck is this???? What do I do?
