Possibly Dumb Question Filling Out Healthcare.gov Application

This question is possibly dumb, but I just waited on hold for 45 minutes with the call center only for the phone operator to not be able to help me, so to reddit I go (apologies if this breaks any sub rules I missed).

I’m filling out the healthcare.gov application, and I’m at the page about my existing coverage. I currently have coverage through my old employer via COBRA, but the page says not to click the box for COBRA if I plan to end COBRA coverage once I have a plan through the marketplace. Since I don’t plan on paying for two plans, this is the case. As such, I don’t know what box to check here – the operator said not to choose anything, but the application makes you.

Anyone know what to do?
