I am seeing my current provider under Aetna which used to be my primary coverage. However I now have new primary coverage ( Horizon BCBS ) and Aetna is now my secondary coverage. My provider does not accept Horizon BCBS. I do not want to stop seeing her. Can I continue to see her and she can bill under my secondary coverage?
