Renewal My income Decreasing next year

Must Read

Fired

So the first half of this year I was working in my chosen career and made around 50k. In the summer I started graduate school and my family (of 4) and I have been living on student loans since then. So the past couple years I’ve been enrolled in the Marketplace insurance utilizing the subsidies.

My question now is that for the next couple of years my income will be very low since I will primarily be living off of student loans. I don’t know exactly what it may be but I believe that it will be under 20k. Can I still use marketplace insurance subsidies instead of Medicaid or am I required to enroll in Medicaid for next year?

I’d like to avoid Medicaid if possible
