Should I upgrade or downgrade or keep the same level of insurance knowing I am about to move

Hey all, in open season at a company I plan to leave in about April in order to move and pursue grad school. I’m relatively healthy at the moment, I am a wondering since I will only carry the plan for about 5 months does it make sense to change anything about my coverage? Like to with a lower premium huggers deductible plan and bank the savings for the move? Or go with the maximum amount of coverage I can afford and make sure to seek thorough preventive care and testing and take full advantage of health insurance prior to entering grad school where my coverage could be less robust? Or is this an “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it situation where I should keep my same coverage? Thanks for the guidance!
