Should I use Kaiser or Blue Shield? (CA)

My employer will pay for half of the Kaiser Silver 70 HMO ($1650 deductible/$55 copay) $144.79 and I pay the other half – $144.79.

I considered going with the Trio Gold 80 HMO through Blue Shield ($250 deductible/$35 copay), because of the lower deductible and lower copay- I will have to pay $157.24 monthly (employer pays $144.79).

Trip Silver 70 HMO is also an option ($2250 deductible/$55 copay) – $107.88 monthly.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. This is my first time getting my own health insurance. I was on my parents plan which was a PPO through BCBS, so switching to an HMO will be an adjustment, but I don’t go to the doctor very often – I usually just go to the OBGYN and sometimes I go to the dr once a year to urgent care for a cold, I go to the doctor for a physical/blood work, or I might go to the dermatologist.
