Hi there, I tried to get a flu shot at Safeway last week but Oregon Health Plan denied my claim saying they’re not my primary insurance. I was able to track down the ID numbers of my parents insurance (Tricare & Federal Blue Cross) to check & see if I was still covered, but those plans were denied as well. I contacted OHP several times with the same information & they took me off their plan because it showed on their end that I was covered by my parents insurance. I’m really at a loss here, because I haven’t been covered by my parents insurance in years, & the pharmacy can’t bill them bc their system says I’m not covered & yet it can’t bill OHP because the same system thinks I am covered by my parents insurance? Does any of this make sense?
