I am seeking individual health insurance since my COBRA coverage ends soon. The New York Health Exchange only offers HMO plans that most good doctors are not part of. I am willing to pay for a PPO plan but cannot figure out who among the well-known insurance companies like UHC, Aetna, Cigna, etc. sells PPO plans directly to individuals.
