SWF Files created on a software simulation – Is this correct given the HTML5 conversion?

Hi, This may be a basic question, but here it goes. I am trying to create a software simulation. I went through all the steps and got about 250+ captures. When I go in to clean up and delete the extra ones, I see a lot that are SWF video files. I thought these weren’t being supported. Is this going to work when I publish and upload to an LMS?

Also is there a way to convert it from this full motion swf to just a regular image?  I can’t go back and recapture at this point.

Thank you!
