Is anyone aware if the special enrollment from Biden qualifies people to terminate employer-sponsored coverage, as long as they are signing up for a marketplace plan? I’m unsure if we still need a qualifying event to terminate coverage. I would assume the qualifying event requirement is waived for cancellation, but haven’t found much pertinent information online.
