I have a friend who is an undocumented immigrant, but has ITIN number. He is considering getting a silver plan offered by private health insurance company. He works hard and is willing to pay full price and understands that he cannot get subsidies from the government due to his status. He is asking me for advice.
I don’t know what to tell him. I looked up on Google but nothing useful there. So I came to Reddit. Is this even allowed by the ACA law?
