I did colonoscopy in in-network hospital and they send polyp for biopsy to out of network pathologist.I was under GA and not well orientated at that time.They didnt tell me anything about that.They sent out of network pathologist bill.I appealed to my insurance but they said they would not give.Hospital send a notice about if we dont pay within 10days,they will refer to collection agency.I really dont know who has responsibility for that case
