Wife is 12 weeks pregnant and looking for best cost effective plan

Hi everyone,

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant and I’m looking for the best cost effective plan we can choose since she is joining my insurance plan. The only major requirement for us is that she wants to continue using her current OBGYN so Kaiser HMO is not an option. She will also need a C section when the baby arrives. I am having some trouble picking between picking PPO and the high deductibe HSA plans. Should I contribute towards an HSA, take the match and go with a high deductible plan or stick with the PPO?

Based on the chart provided, what would be the most cost effective plan (least out of pocket maximum). Very new to all this and confused and was hoping someone with experience could break it down for me.

I have attached the benefits breakdown
