Hello!
First, let me start off by saying yes, I am fully aware this is my fault and I am an idiot. This has been fully admitted to HR.
Anyway, I’ve been working at my current job for about 10 months. I just noticed today that they’ve been charging me $200 a month for health insurance that I did not sign up for & don’t need (I still get insurance through my parents). 25 paychecks & $200 per check. 🙃
I recently moved from a small town so my paychecks were much larger than I was used to, so nothing caught my attention until I was promoted & there wasn’t a significant increase in my paychecks. Yes, I’m very adhd & rarely notice things that’d probably be much more obvious to others.
I’ve already reached out to HR but I’m anxious & google isn’t giving me any answers.
What is the likelihood I’ll be reimbursed, especially if I can prove I didn’t sign up for health insurance? Has anyone gone through something similar?
