My girlfriend who is pregnant suffers from BPD and other disorders and sought help at a mental health clinic who offered her help through teledoc. Once she finally got connected to the doctor he asked if she was pregnant which she said yes to. He then told her he cannot help her and to go elsewhere and ended the call in less than a minute. Her card was charged for the meeting and after attempting to ask for a refund since she was not given any care, she was met with denial and finally having her account there deleted and ignored every time she tries to contact them again. Is this legal? And is there anything we can do?
