1095-A Differs from 2019 to 2020

As it’s tax time, I am going through forms and noticed that my 2019 and 2020 1095-A forms look different.
For the 2019 one, only the first column of the monthly APTC section is filled in, not the SLCSCP or APTC ones, for the few months I was on MNsure.

For 2020, all 3 columns are filled out and are the same each month except December. They show the plan I picked, a ~$40 cheaper silver plan, and $0 for the APTC column. In December, MNsure decided to refund 50% of premiums, so that premium is cut in half.

I am worried that this will cause me to get the PTC, which I have never been eligible for. MNsure correctly shows that on their website, but when I try to fill out a 1040 the math forces a PTC on the return.
