18(m) trying to keep taking my meds

I (18m) have been struggling with ulcerative colitis for the past two years. In the past few months I’ve been taking a drug called Stelara and it been working really well for me. I currently have Medicaid in a household of 2 and my dads income from social security is about 16,000 a year. The limit of income is $23,169.I live in Colorado.I want to get my life back on track and get a job and make as much money as I can for now, but I dont know what to do regarding my health insurance if I want to make more than ~7k a year and still take the drugs that are keeping me healthy. Changing treatments is not an option for me so my new insurance will have to include that. I cannot afford to pay for Stelara out of pocket. Thanks in advance for any replies.
