$2k Deductible increase

It’s open enrollment season and my employer (a recruiting company that contracts me out to a huge pharma company) is only offering 2 plan options, with no significant differences for a single person (me). However, BOTH plans have a $7,000 deductible, which is $2,000 increase from last year.

Last year was the highest deductible I’ve ever had at $5k, it had always been in the $2k to $3k range, and this seems excessive and quite honestly, it enrages me. The monthly payment on my end remains the same as last year, but I’m still pretty pissed about this. Staying with this company is becoming increasingly unsustainable (no paid time off, even for holidays, little to no communication or support, and now this). Is it fairly typical to see this much of an increase? Would I be in the wrong to (tactfully) air my grievances on this?
