$700 bill for two COVID tests last year

I got 2 COVID tests in December of last year. I am covered by my university insurance, and I was out of state visiting family when I got the tests. I know that people at the doctor’s office were paying out of pocket who weren’t insured and the cost was $200 for those individuals. I didn’t give the coverage a second thought because I was covered. I am now being charged more than those who were uninsured. I am also being charged almost a year later.

Anyway what’s done is done. I know this has been a common experience, how have other people handled these types of charges? I reached out to the insurance folks at the university and am waiting back to hear from them.
