I started with a new company January 10th and their health coverage has a 90 day wait period. Thats all fine and dandy. But after looking they are saying my coverage doesn’t start on April 10th when my 90 days is up. They tell me oh no its the first of the next month after 90days. But from what i can find, when Obama care was passed there are laws against making people wait more than 90days. Am i missing something? Any help and clarification is greatly appreciated.
