So I had an elective surgery on Dec 23rd i had a quote and paid in full at my pre-op appointment. I noticed on the Aetna site that the hospital, anesthesiologist, and a few other things were put through to insurance. It looks like Aetna paid them, does that mean I should be refunded? It was a paid line item on my quote.
