I have two insurance plans and I have a question.

Hey, so I’m new to adulting (I just turned 19) and I recently moved (from Arizona to Ohio) to get away from abusive parents. I am on my parents insurance plan (provided by Cigna) as my primary, but I also applied for and was accepted by Medicaid as a secondary. I am trying to get tele-therapy and I was told my insurance would cover it. I have to call Cigna and see if they’ll cover the full cost, though, and if they don’t fully cover it, will Medicaid also cover some of it, since they’re my secondary? I’m unsure how having two insurances work and it’s stressing me out…
